Impressive Commercial Grinder for the very serious Coffee Bar. 75mm (3″) grinding burrs grind up to 31 lbs per hour! This translates in to a shot of espresso every 2 seconds! Automatic start/stop. Weighs 48 lbs.
The Rancilio MD 80 grinder is one of the largest and most powerful in the business with huge 3″ diameter cutting disks. This large size enables them to run cool and consequently can easily produce up to a mind boggling 15 Kg (31 Lbs.) of perfectly ground espresso per hour. This translates in to a shot of espresso every 2 seconds! The MD80 features auto start and stop for increased production from the Barista.
