The La Cimbali M21 Junior DT1 is a true high end prosumer espresso machine. It has amazing features such as automatic electronic dosing, volumetric pump, boiler water auto-level and an automatic valve that stops milk from being sucked into the boiler. This machine is able to handle home espresso parties to decently sized catering event. This machine is easily suitable for household use since it can run off the ordinary 120 volts. Furthermore the Junior is finished off with a clean stainless steel shell that blends into today’s popular stainless steel kitchen appliances.
This espresso machine uses a heavy duty sized commercial grouphead.
