The Incanto Sirius introduces several new innovations from Saeco such as the Saeco Brewing System® (SBS®). SBS® allows you to make an infinite variety of coffee from one automatic machine. Simply turn the dial located on the front of the dispensing head and you can regulate the amount of pressure used to brew each cup, changing the consistency of the espresso. Turning the knob to the left results in a strong black coffee while turning it to the right results in a rich creamy espresso.
