The 3.9 liter copper boiler features a fully welded heat exchanger. With features such as electronic boiler water level and an anti-syphon valve (prevents accidental milk infiltration into boiler), the new Epoca ST 1 is low maintenance. Out of water sensor and indicator light turns off heating element for safety. New 1/4 turn quick steam valves are fast and efficient. The boiler pressure gauge is color coded for easy viewing.

With its easy-to-read controls and color-coded pressure gauge, the Epoca ST clearly informs you of when the water or boiler pressure is low. The Epoca ST also has separate steam and hot water knobs that are easy to turn and sit on the front of the machine. Both the steam and hot water wand swivel on a ball-joint – therefore can be used with almost any size cup or frothing pitcher.
The Epoca ST comes from Rancilio with a single and double spout portafilter, a single and double shot filter basket, a measuring scoop, a plastic tamper and a detailed instruction manual.
