The heat exchangers are located at the top of the boiler, this enables them to be heated by steam only! By using steam to heat the boiler unlike all other espresso machines, boiler temperature is electronically controlled giving a more stable, consistent and accurate boiler temperature.
With two versions of this machine available, both a standard level for sit in cafe’s etc, or indeed a high group version for take out drinks, this machine really does cater to almost every need. With its separate heating system per group head and its in built pump is ideal for almost every establishment from mobile catering units to high volume cafe’s.
