Alexander Espresso Coffee Recipe: brandy spectacular



What you need:
1 cup of hot ready to go Espresso
1/2 ea Cinnamon stick (3″ long)
4 tsp. Crème de Cacao
2 tsp. Brandy
2 tbsp. chilled whipping cream
1 ea. grated semisweet chocolate

Preparation:
1. Make espresso your Espresso (if you haven’t already).

2. Break cinnamon stick into small pieces and add to hot espresso. Allow to cool slightly.

3. Add Crème de Cacao and Brandy, and stir gently.

4. Pour into demitasse cups.

5. Whip the cream, and float a dollop on top of each cup.

6. Garnish with grated chocolate or chocolate curls.
