The Bosch Benvenuto B20 employs the AromaSwirl System to yield the maximum flavor and aroma from the brewing process. This special system brings out the maximum aroma and flavor in your beverage by saturating the espresso grounds just prior to completing the brewing cycle. The coffee grounds are conditioned (pre-infused) in hot water for a few seconds, and then put under about 9 bars of pressure during the computer controlled brewing cycle. The end result is a coffee house quality espresso based beverage.
